Nailicure Spa Policy

  • Appointments

We are appointment based, only accept walks-in if there are availabilities. Please spend the time picking out the right services, each one requires a customized time and skill set. Once appointments are made, we will not be able to change services.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to our policies. All services require a credit card or gift card/certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking.

Group appointments

To make a reservation for a group of four or more, please contact us in advance for group booking policies and availability. Please provide each guest's first and last names and the services they are getting done. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and arranged pricing. We will use the valid credit card of the booker to hold the reservation. A minimum of 20% gratuity will be asked to add to all parties.

Cancellation

We understand life is full of the unexpected, however, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must call us at least 24 hours of notice in advance. 50% of the booked services will be charged for cancellation or rescheduling less than 24 hours. "No show" will be charged 100% of the booked services plus a gratuity of 20% will be added to accommodate our manicurists/estheticians.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and has implemented this policy for this reason. When you cancel or reschedule the last minutes or no show, we not only lose your business, we also lose a potential client who could enjoy that time slot. Most of all, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as made up for the lost revenue.

Late Arrivals or No Show

Unfortunately, if you have a habit or history of coming late or no show, we can only accommodate your services as a walk-in client. An outstanding balance due to no show or late cancelation/reschedule is required to pay before booking or receiving any services.

Child Policy

We love children, but for relaxation for all the guests and safety considerations for small kids, children are not permitted in the salon.

No pets or food rules

To create the best spa environment and atmosphere for all the guests; plus, due to limited space and allergy caution: please No Pets (except serviced dogs), No food, No strollers, or car seats, no pet carrier, or big shopping bags …are not allowed.

Check-in

We ask that you please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Please be aware that if you/other guests are late, it will cause us to run behind on other guests or your appointments. For this reason, if you are more than 10 minutes late, it will consider as “No show” and your appointments will need to be canceled or rescheduled and the full price of the scheduled appointment will be charged. To accommodate less than 10 minute late arrivals, services will be adjusted so as to not interrupt the other guests’ appointments and the full price of

scheduled services will still apply, so please plan accordingly.

Cell phone

To respect the wishes of all our guests, we request that all cell phones are on vibrate or silent during your visit. If you are expecting an important call, please speak in a quiet voice as not to disturb our other guests.

Prices and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.

Return Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for products sold or services rendered. Please remember once the nail or color application is on, we will not able to change or fix it at that point.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 30% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the beauty technician in person or upon check out at the front desk with cash or credit card.

Complimentary

Beyond the check-in policies, we invite all our receiving services guests to make full use of our relaxing environment here at Nailicure. Come early, bring a book, relax and enjoy a cup of complimentary tea, coffee, detox lemon/cucumber water, a glass of wine or soft drinks with WARM RELAXING NECK WRAP in our waiting area.

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates are available in any amount and may be purchased at the spa, by phone at (254) 247 1821 or you may purchase online at www.nailicure.com. We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift cards/certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Card/Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.

Spa Promotions

Spa specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or loyalty reward points redemption.
